The Ball Chatham Glenwood PTO proudly presents our First Dueling Pianos fundraiser event! We are thrilled to announce the incredibly talented Howl at the Moon Dueling Pianos will be joining us for a night of non-stop entertainment!

 

Event Information:

 

• Date: Friday, March 22, 2024

• Time: Doors Open at 6:00PM | Show Starts at 7:00PM | Ends at 10:15PM

• Location: Erin’s Pavilion at Southwind Park, 4965 S 2nd Street, Springfield, IL 62703

 

What to Expect: Get ready for an epic night of musical magic featuring the electrifying talents of HOWL AT THE MOON Dueling Pianos for their high-energy, all request sing-along show. Prepare for an evening of fun and laughter benefiting all of Chatham’s elementary schools!

 

Wine Pull: You can get the opportunity to select a mystery bottle of wine from our collection, ranging from rare vintages to popular varietals!

 

Bourbon Raffle: Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or a bourbon enthusiast, this is your chance to add rare and sought-after bottles to your collection while supporting our schools! Must be present to win.

Ticket Information:

• No physical tickets will be sent, attendees will check in at the event.

• Tickets: $30 per person; seating is first come, first serve

• Tables: $300 per table of 10; reserved seating

• Table Sponsors: $500 per table of 10, front row, 10 drink tickets, signage

 

Important Notes:

• Tickets are only available in advance.

• Must be 21 and up, no one under the age of 21 will be admitted

• Casual Attire

• Bring cash for song requests

 

How to Get Involved: Buy your tickets early, as there is limited seating and this event is sure to sell out quickly! All proceeds, including cash tips for song requests, go directly to BCG PTO to support Ball, Chatham, and Glenwood Elementary Schools.
